We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, driving business growth, managing a team of business development professionals, experience on bidding various online platforms.
Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
Prepare proposals and presentations for potential clients.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
Collaborate with other teams to develop and implement strategies for business growth.
Develop and implement marketing plans to promote our products and services.
Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages.
Prepare reports on sales and business activities.
Bid for projects on various online platforms.
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent presentation and proposal development skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent organizational and time management skills
Must have experience in Bidding portals like Upwork, Guru, PPH, and Fiverr.
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing, marketing tools, and great analytical skills
Familiarity with CRM software and other sales and marketing tools
Knowledge of Dynamics CRM, Power Platform, or any other CRM system is preferred.
