We are seeking an HR Associate with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. The HR Associate will be responsible for assisting the HR department with daily tasks including recruiting, onboarding, training, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong communication and organizational skills, and have experience with data management, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), and benefits administration.
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist with recruiting efforts including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Assist with the onboarding process for new hires including conducting orientation sessions and processing new hire paperwork.
Assist with employee training and development initiatives.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Assist with performance management and employee relations issues.
Provide support for HR projects and initiatives.
Manage and analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Support the development and implementation of DEI initiatives and practices within the company.
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
1-3 years of experience in an HR support role.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
